PS4 isn't getting Yakuza 4 (yet).  Ryu Ga Gotoku 4 is out in Japan on 1/17.

But hey, Senran Kagura Burst Re:Newal is out for PS4 and PC next month too.  Extra boobage on PC.

Also Capcom is continuing its recent trend of shunning North America and Europe with physical releases- if you want a physical copy of Onimusha on Switch, you gotta import.  The J-version is already out in runs in English on Switch.  Unsure about the PS4 version.

-Resident Evil 2
-Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown
The two GOTYs in the first month of the year, how odd.
Already preordered both on PC, too.

I can understand them not bothering with retail versions of smaller "digital" games, but I don't get releasing physical versions in one region but not another, or not including said physical release with all versions of the game.  I.E. want a physical copy of Mega Man X Legacy Collection 2 for Switch?  Get the Japanese version...but don't get the deluxe version (which costs more) with 1+2 in one package!  That's digital-only.  Instead, you have to buy the regular version to get a physical release.  WHY :dizzy

But at least they include English on these releases, so instead of buying digital, I just waited and got Okami and Capcom Belt Action (the recent beat-em-up collection) from Play-Asia instead.

Reminds me of when I imported Okami on PS3 from Asia, since that was the only physical version (despite including English). But then the new Okami HD was physical everywhere. Except Switch? So it's like... okay :confused

Vesperia on Switch, though I might wait a bit on KH3 since I have to catch up on the series first.

One thing that happens with some games is that releases made for South East Asia countries are released in English, since there's so many dialects or languages only spoken by a handful of people, and not enough to warrant a full localization, so they just go with English instead.  I get that...but it still doesn't explain why the hell they don't release these games in the west, too.  Why not just do a small print run or sell it on the company online shop or whatever?  Square, Namco, and even Capcom themselves have done this either on their own online stores and/or with Gamestop.

RE2R & KH3 for me. Probably only 2 games I get until Bloodborne Ninja & DMCV come out in March.

I'll get RGG4 PS4 import, but not playing that for a while.

I'm certainly getting Resident Evil 2 on the Xbox One X  :aah

NSMBU:Deluxe, Ace Combat and Kingdom Hearts 3 are 'maybe'.

Vesperia is a 'perhaps'.

January's looking pretty good. Altough if I want the LE's for KH3 and Vesperia I better make up my mind quickly  :-\
