i agree with forum poster bismarckie. why cant isis come through when it matters. sure they were the first terrorist to switch over to 4k, but this could have been their vr debut, and made many people happy.

This will shock you, but I think Dele Alli might be a tad overrated.

Platini doing a round of interviews with European media to let us know current FIFA president Infantino is nasty and that he would have done better if elected.

teams have played badly and lost in finals, but i don't think a team that played as bad as dippers (the worst pass completion of any team in a CL final since records began) has ever won so comfortably.

spurs keep finding new ways to be awful.

Alli was a right old cunt yesterday hacking away at a generational talent like de Jong

My 6-year-old daughter is excited to watch the women's World cup. Aussies are an outside chance of winning, so should be fun.

Platini is being heard by French police over the attribution of the World Cup to Qatar.

I don't even hate the man, there's actually a lot I would agree him with (on Video Arbitration for instance) but the smugness and naked ambition really had reached obnoxious levels before his election got derailed.

Also some former minister I'll spare you the biography of that was in Sarkozy's inner circle because of course.
All worth it to get this sweet Gulf money in the PSG and win a Champion's League

I always was skeptical of the FIFA backing down (bribes to get major sport events ? You don't say !) but do you reckon it could happen ? Though really the concern more has to do with the well being of the players and the folly of building so much useless infrastructure which is pretty obscene even by FIFA / CIO standards.

Remember when UEFA acted like corruption was only a problem of those dirty third world federations. :heh

they probably could've kept the racket going a lot longer if they didn't give a world cup to fucking qatar. like when someone who previously only used aim hacks on the down low starts no clipping round the map.

Platini walk free but was questioned for 16h, notably about a not so secret meeting at the Palais de l'Elysée that is widely believed to have been a more or less explicit order from then French President Sarkozy to vote for the Qatar World Cup bid.

Yeah I read that too, I love if Platini gets nailed and Fifa gets fucked but I don't want ammo for Le Pen.

Ofc fuck Sarkozy for this if true

I don't think Le Pen really has any stake in the issue. Unless you mean on the general theme of getting cozy with Gulf states but really it's a matter beyond that football affair (they're excellent clients).
Sarkozy is due to appear in court for at least one corruption case anyway.
