His age is somewhat of an issue and maturity at this point. I didn't mention they were all together at the pool where she lives and this guy thought it would be fun to shake up a bottle of beer and spray it at my kids. It was "innocent fun", it seems to me neither one of them thought this through and didn't think that this might not be a good look spraying a bunch of kids with a beer in a public space where people are quick to judge and report you for anything. I talked to her about the incident after the kids brought it up to me and we resolved it.
