Jerking it to Bowsette isn't weird anymore because now there's a live action version on pornhub.

It obviously affects poor benji. Apologize and return those likes.
Astro still hasn‘t said what effect or harm this will cause.

User Banned (permanent): trolling, dismissing concerns, long history of similar behaviorQuoteLol, you are looking childish as fuck with the -_- dude. Just let it go.While I think the whole schtick of "Girlfriend Review" felt flat when we knew it was actually the guy who was doing the writing, mentioning Boogie and PDP without calling them out on their bullshit is actually bad.People can bitch about "Cancel Culture" but being so hot and bothered about a youtube channel getting criticism is something else. Next stop will probably be "SJW are ruining my vydia! Stop making me think about what I like!"I'm willing to take a bet we will hear or see much more "concerning behavior" in their next videos. Their channel is a pro gig. They are just testing the waters.-_- Astro is being dramatic and assuptous for trying to get people to cancel a channel because of an ambiguous offhand reference to someone imoMaybe they are testing the waters, maybe PDP is literally just a wildly famous youtuber and the vast majority of people who reference him have no clue about any of the politics around him.Maybe more will come, maybe it won't. You can place your bed I don't have a horse in this race other then not evoking cancel culture over potentially tiny shit like this because those are real lives -_- I'm not hot and bothered, I'm just being a bit condescending because I do think the idea is just incredibly dumb

I don't think it should be a big deal to change the ethnicity of any character and in fact it can be a way to do something interesting or different with an adaptation.I think it's fine to be unhappy with the casting simply because it deviates from the animation. Like making her brunette instead of a redhead would also make me unahppy. But of course is the conversation overtook by people who show their racist side so I prefer to rather stay out of it since in the end it's not such a big deal anyway.Or basically, the good of that casting call outweighs the bad

Woke up to an email from a job I was supposed to start this week (which was going to be a really good opportunity) saying they just lost a major client and aren't sure about whether or not they can take me on now. Barely made rent this month but it was okay because I was starting a new job...now I'm fucked for that. I guess I'm lucky that it happened at the beginning of the month and I still have a few weeks before August rent is due, but still, incredibly crushing news.
And the final cherry on top of my shit sundae, my local dispensary shut down and I can't even get any weed to try and relax this evening after all the other garbage. The next closest one is ages away and far too expensive given my current financial state.
ERA seems so angry and miserable ALL OF THE TIME. Everything is terrible, Everything is doomed, there is no hope, etc.I'd love to see statistics on their most prolific (loudest) posters, and their mental health profile.

Depends I think. Something like Dracula is public domain but Universal specifically owns the Bela Lugosi version. I can't say I have too much knowledge on how copyright works for IP's based on public domain sources but I do know that Disney has a history of fighting against it, mostly to make sure Mickey doesn't go public domain. I think one law was changed by them fighting for Mickey which in turn fucked them over in their attempts to acquire the rights to the original Wizard of Oz movie (something they really want, apparently)
lmao at the poster(Image removed from quote.)
edit: the most detailed article if you can stomach the domain

I love Platinum games and love what Kamiya has brought to gaming with his work. Okami will forever be one of my favorite games and Astral Chain looks amazing. Like many other successful directors, Kamiya's someone I admired and looked up to creatively. However, I have a hard time reconciling this with his Twitter presence. I tuned it out and focused on how much I love the games and his work, but then I found out I was blocked by him. Honestly not sure why. I know gamers can be toxic to creators online, but I know I personally don't behave that way, and haven't done anything of that sort.Maybe I'm taking this too personally as a fan? Especially since it's social media. But when all's said and done, it's something that springs up in the back of my mind whenever I pop in Okami or Bayo.Am I missing something? Is it a caricature/self-produced persona that he's hamming up online? Even still, it seems like an odd way to treat fans. Gaming is a recreation hobby, and money and time are finite. Allocating these to titles where the creator lashes out at fans feels wrong. If I'm missing something, someone point it out cause I'm pretty conflicted here.
Ummm... do verified accounts on Twitter have automated blocks or something? I'm not one to engage in spats on Twitter at all, and I've never intercated with Kamiya's official account, (Other than viewing it and occasionally liking posts) yet it's saying I'm blocked. D:
I hope this doesn't feel like a redundant or flimsy thread, but I'm interested in seeing how everyone feels with Nintendo's new approach this time of just dropping this direct at us without any explicit announcement. (Not discussing the contents of the directs itself, just the way Nintendo rolled it out.)I have to agree with Arlo in his youtube video. (Link below.) The cryptic hype was fun. But waking up to discover a direct had already been released, made it kinda impossible to not get spoiled with its contents and surprises. A huge chunk of the fun of watching these is watching it live with everyone, and experiencing the surprises and ups and downs with everyone on here, and among other friends. Having it all laid out to you after the fact really takes a lot of the punch away. Never been an avid sports guy, but I finally understand the frustration that avid fans of specific teams feel when they have a game going, and they have to watch it recorded after it's all said and done.I liked what Nintendo showed within the direct, but I truly hope they never just upload a direct sans explicit time and date announcements again.
Regarding some of the replies dismissing both the direct and/or being invested in the direct by identifying it as a series of ads or marketing ploy....so what? It's not like just cause something is a promotion-tool it means that it inherently can't have value or matter to people and fans in a tangible manner. Especially when the way it's communicated to the audience tends to be a community experience in and of itself.
You wouldn't find it weird or uncalled for whatsoever? Why does it being online or involving an admired person make it ok? I don't get how "Oh that's just Kamiya" or "Oh it's just Twitter " seem like good answers.
When I watch a Nintendo Direct, me and some friends have a cheering section going. We have worked on Nintendo chants as well.

I'm not looking for life advice my friend
Take your criticism elsewhere, thanks.
I just want to say It's heartening to see you perservere even with the bad stuff. It's always rough when it piles up all at once but keep chugging along. Sometimes all we can do is keep putting one foot in front of the other.
