I've recently booked a holiday to Tokyo next year and i'm in two minds about what to eat. I've been vegan over a year now and don't think twice about it but after doing some research it looks like i'll be missing out on a whole lot if i didn't try the street food and the ramen etc. Of course there's vegan options and places to eat but the food looks so damn good. I'm worried about if i'll be able to go back 100% plant based when i'm home.
