Soooooooooo a man you think is innocent of the charges levied should be put to death by a method abandoned by most jurisdictions as cruel and unusual?

Scar's voice is great both ways. I happen to agree that Jeremy Irons is more appealing and dramatically and theatrically instant to me, but he's also comically villainous to the point where his (initally) nice voice is not even remotely convincing - so from the performance perspective I'll wait to see the whole thing - buuuuut the reality of Africans and African Americans being denied or ignored for roles as ... African animals is real enough to be considered and most of the white folks are comic relief - so.... I'll allow it?

Is it just me or is it a bit weird to say that African animals are meant to be played by African Americans? But to be fair I don't know how connected African Americans feel to that movie.

When you say that do mean literally the first time I drank alcohol or the first time I got drunk?
Cause the first time I drank alcohol was when I was 10 years old and took a sip of my father's wine during a vacation cause I thought it was water.

When I was a kid my dad would give my sister and I beer, and some of my sisters first words were 'Boats bottles' because the bottle of Labatt's Blue had a picture of a sailboat on the label and she wanted that beer.

edit: I tried to find a pic of the bottle and maybe it was actually Molson Export. I don't know it was about 35 years ago so can't remember the exact beer.

not gonna lie, but any american who considers themselves left of anything should be angry and ashamed that gitmo continues to exist.
I know obama has said he considers it a failing of his presidency that he didn't manage to get it shut down, and its mere existence allows a whole bunch of despotic regimes a licence to run their own human-rights-free black sites as justification that if the Us can do that they can too.

I was curious, so I did some math.

Assuming that each letter and number could have been equally picked, the chance of this being a coincidence are 0.0000000004%, and that’s if you also say that the code had to have exactly that many digits for some reason.

So yeah, the idea that this was any sort of coincidence is hilarious, but I’m not surprised that someone already went there.

Ubisoft should look at where the art was sourced from, because it's not conclusive to just say it is a nod to black flag.

They could probably figure out who created the asset very quickly. I wonder what happens in situations like this when it takes place in such a big company. Will the creator get fired? Get a stern talking to?

Bit telling how bent out of shape folk are getting over a dude saying he doesn't like cops versus Ubisoft legit dropping hate speech into their "politically void" kill-all-the-criminals shooter.

RE: Everything is political. It's impossible to escape.

Also RE: Bigotry* is not a political opinion.

*[whatever they're calling bigotry that day]

User banned (1 week): trolling
I appreciate your gusto.

On the ResetERA forums the moderators have a monopoly on force (as much force as can be applied to people on an internet forum, banning and temp banning). The same disparity of power exists between normal users and moderators as exists between normal citizen and the police. The stakes are much, much lower in ERAs case but they are proportional.

Basically, I dont BELIEVE your ACAB posturing until I hear you call Slayven an asshole. Do it. I wanna see it. Then Ill believe you.

yeah, good job finding the troll, mods.
Definitely this guy.
Not "calling cops pigs upsets me because even pigs don't deserve to be compared to cops" guy.

It's a pretty humorous light heart troll though.
