As a cisgender straight white male, I can honestly say that I'm surprised more of us aren't getting neck injuries from now hard we look the other way on any issue.

If we’re being honest, the reason the trans members at reee hate that ad in cyberpunk is because it demonstrates a difference between cis and trans women. It’s evident that reee hates ciswoman sexuality.

At the end of 2017. Group employed people from 32 countries around the world. Most of them, except for Polish, comes from the UK (15 people), the US (11 people) and Canada (10 people).Not sure that's a ringing endorsement of being particularly multicultural.
I also wonder how many of those 32 countries are predominantly white countries.

I know reports on Poland show its well behind when it comes to tolerance and respect of other cultures and races (very anti-muslim, low opinion on non-whites, concerning attitudes towards women), but i was hoping CDProject to be an example of progress and that would show though thier games. This is very very disappointing.
Poland is like 99% white, and has a far right government in power. None of this is surprising. I expect more to come.

I would say though that people should try to understand the reasons why Poland isn't particularly progressive, I feel it's a bit unfair to compare them to Germany or the UK considering their history.They'll get there they just need time

Well they've never made shooters OR first person games. Even if some of the staff is new or from Remedy etc. As an example Respawn Entertainment didn't nail down their mechanics in Medal of Honor yet, took awhile and some games to get it right for COD4 and now finally we have Apex Legends.
