Actually I don't care much for people venting when a despised figure pass away, but with ERA (or in the forum format) it's always so petty, futile and basic. Reading several hundreds "GOOD FUCK HIM" one liners is more exhausting than cathartic.

So, my obsession over the past few months has been watching walking tours of various cities all over the world on YouTube. Just literally channels where someone is walking around exploring.Lately, I've been interested in Japanese cities and one of the very first things I noticed (along with how beautifully clean, neat, and organized they are) is how vastly different women dress compared to any other place I've seen. The overwhelming majority of women you'll see are wearing oversized t-shirts, huge parachute pants, baggy dresses that go down to the ankle, etc. It's very rare that you see any of the common fashion trends that people wear in any western or even some other Asian cities like shorts, shorter skirts, leggings. I'm curious if this is like a societal pressure where form fitting clothing is frowned upon? I don't know if frowned upon is the right phrase, but is form fitting clothing considered "slutty" or something by a country that I know is pretty notoriously conservative? Here's a bit of an example. If you skip to around the 6:15 mark and observe for about 5 or so minutes you'll really see what I mean. This is typical of the many videos I've watched in numerous big Japanese cities.
