LGBT+ has always been the umbrella community for people who have non-heteronormative gender and sexual preferences. As such, Asexuality belongs in this banner.

The nuance of working directly with versus working in the same organization seems like a feint. There's certainly a difference but I think that seniority even without a direct employee tree is very important and the same thing would be true if it were a person she was covering as a journalist in a position of power. If you're at a work or industry party, that's workplace. If you don't report directly but are in the same company, that's workplace. If you have a professional relationship or the potential of a professional relationship, that's workplace.
