In your opinion what’s the worst fruit? Best fruits?

My opinion: bananas.

Becomes gross and brown after having them for just a few days, gets soft and mushy in a very disgusting manner, depending on how you peel it you get gross strings tied to the banana (I peep in a way that minimizes this), they’re so damn fragile that it you get a bunch of bananas that if you try to take one off you might rip open the opening to another banana, they’re also too fucking sugar-y. They’re fine when you use them in a protein shake or eating with peanut butter but for the most part they’re such a waste.

My favorite fruit? Between apples and blueberries. Apples are my every day fruit, come in multiple flavors, have rich taste and color variety. Blueberries are probably my overall favorite fruit but they’re vastly more expensive than apples that I have them only ocassionally.

If I can pick a sub-category of snacks my favorite might be cherries. Rarely have them but they're just the right initial size for rolling around in the mouth while chewing off the fruit from the seed.

Even just the seed itself is pleasant to roll around in there.

Maybe you just haven't tried a good banana. Like some cultivar or whatever. Farmers trying to grow shit purely for size so the flavor is lost in the process.

I used to eat these mini bananas as a snack since they were small enough that I didn't have to deal with the taste for too long but one time I managed to buy a bag that had a million baby spiders inside and I'm never buying those again. Seriously, fuck bananas. If I had to insert a banana in me now I wouldn't put it in my mouth, I tell you hwhat

Bananas are ok too. Monkey's eat banana's and so do humans. We were born to eat banana

I don't like all sorts of cherries and grapes.
Also regular oranges are just hard to peel that it makes no sense to digest them other than in Juice form.

i haven't been able to get into durian or dragonfruit. wouldn't say I'm fully against them, i just don't get it. the african horned melon/kiwano is terrible. like a cucumber without the crunchiness, just extra gloopy cucumber seeds in a pod. would be good if dying of thirst.

everything else has it's place. lychee, mangos, nectarines - only certain varietys, the yellow fleshed watery ones are up there with kiwanos in bland flavour, the good ones are in the god tier. high variance fruit. and blueberries prob my fav. lemon and lime take a special place as the god tier acid staples.

yeah, picture a small peach but remove like 80% of the moisture and make the flesh grainier/denser. Not a big fan.


Lucuma is fucking delicious, but never had it raw. Only in frozen, pureed form. Same for cherimoya. Amazing flavor though.

Hard to dislike any fruits really.

I have an apple tree in my garden, planted a cherry and plum tree too. I have two blueberry bushes that hopefully wield yield some fruits soon. Got a big raspberry bush that gave tons of raspberries last year. Also grew loads of strawberries and even had some wild strawberries popping up. And of course many cherry tomatoes.

Really looking forward to seeing my daughter just run up to the plants growing and munch on some delicious fresh fruits, just like I used to do in my grandparents garden. They also had a walnut tree and i could pick gooseberries through the fence from the neighbours. To this day gooseberries remind me of summerdays at my grandparents.
