I don't know about Abdullah and Jintao; while the conditions--and lack of freedom--in both of their countries are appalling, I don't associate those conditions with them in particular, as I might with say Kim Jong-il, due to the huge cult-of-personality with which he rules NK.

now, what do you suppose, after reviving Germany's economy by remilitarizing, was Hitler going to do with this HUGE FOCKING ARMY?  Just let it sit there?

His entire guiding purpose as leader of Germany was to revise the international system in Germany's favour, through annexation, bullying, and eventually, war.  And his primary target the whole gawdammed time was the Soviet Union. You cannot separate what he did prior to 1939 (or 1941) with his ultimate intentions.

For you to do so makes you clinically distinguished mentally-challenged.
