That's sad. I don't know enough to make authoritative statements about him beyond that.

Mental health is complicated, requires the patient to accept treatment and even then there's no quantifiable assurances you'll be fully cured.

I find a lot of the current discourse on it from the Internet by the Internet about the Internet pretty hollow, to be honest.
