I think I used to be more into things, but lately I can't think anything I'm passionate about anymore. Even with games I just usually just play whatever I have lying around instead of buying anything new, despite there being a few games I was excited for getting released.

I guess the closest thing I got to being a fanboy is still following the Arsenal football club, but even then I just usually turn that shit off as soon as the opposition score their first goal which usually happens within the first 10-20min.

Seems unlikely. Kurt was very much an ally of LGBT and messed around with gender norms/cross dressing as a middle finger to bigots and had discussed how he particularly was close with a few gay people growing up (not romantically though). But I do not recall him really ever discussing trans issues or him writing about trans feelings in his journals.

So maybe that tweet is a parody account, but I can see a lot of nutjobs on the internet going the "Samus is trans" route on Kurt (well not a lot of people, but you only need a few vocal ones). The verdict on Kurt being closet trans? Highly unlikely.
