There are some themes available you can try changing to, but I don't know how well they work or if the changes even stick in your profile, lol.

Go to Profile (or click on your user name) > Modify Profile > Look and Layout > Current Theme > Change.

For real though: The other themes are kinda shitty, and having a black/dark theme wouldn't take too much work (relatively) in the theme panel of the board admin panel.
