Jon Stewart was supposed to do movies and stuff but I think he's mostly writing on occasion for Colbert now and doing other things.
Colbert just completely sold out to the type of political correct fluffer comedy he used to dislike himself.
For the money and his family I suppose, can't really blame him. He does seem to be somewhat sad on the inside.
During the Colbert Report days you could tell he was really having a blast, now even his own smiles are fake.
John Oliver's reheated 'act' worked 5 minutes a month on the Daily Show not in a full show HBO format. I'd love to know the ratings on that one.
Bill Maher is just a stoner who's occasionally has a zinger but also misfires a lot, still he never sold out.
Steve Carell started doing movies after The Office but the sort of movies he finds interesting. Such as VICE, where he played Rumsfeld perfectly. He's still got it.
Norm MacDonald was right on the money when he predicted Trump was a great comedian but bad for comedy.
