I've had one of these open for a little while nearby but it's down the street from In N Out and In N Out is only $4 so I never went  :yeshrug

However, I am happy for any good news for Yum! Brands, I'll have to stop by now that I've been assured of the quality.

This deserves multiple threads more than the Iran thing.

Anyway, the Habit is good, and might be better than In & Out because they'll make Onion Rings which you can sub for their fries in a combo and pay the difference.

Should have acquired the superior Dog Haus instead

Der Weinersnitchel is a better fit.  Cheap food, cheap prices, diarrhea inducing and has far more locations.

Both
Fast food is pretty basic -
Nandos, KFC, Burger King, McDonalds, Steers (burgers), Debonairs (pizza), Wimpy (diner), Anat (Turkish), Simply Asia (Thai and Sushi), Fishaways, Ocean Basket, Pie shops - King Pie, Pie city (savory pies), Sausage Saloon  :fabulous

Normal people -
We mostly have Malay culture here from old slave days, so we eat a bunch of things you'll find in Thailand and Malaysia, also Dutch influenced hot pot style food. Also many Indian people and Indian restuarants and home foods, butter chicken, akhni, salomi, curries. The Dutch people make stuff like boboties and koeksisters typically, Malays typically breyani and the Indians are making the strongest curries known to man, we exiled them to their own city :lol

We also have khoi san people and african tribes like xhosa, zulu etc but that kind of stuff is probably a bit too foreign for you to relate to.

For the record, I'm being hugely reductive. We were British ruled at one point and I haven't even touched on their cultural influence, Diaz sailed and made a port here under the Portuguese flag and you still have a bunch of Porras here that make stunning food, also Hellenic people, many, many Pakistanis (our local Indian people are almost all Muslim btw, so it's easy to see how they would have moved here pre-Pakistan and then invited their family over post pakistan), Benghali people, Chinese people, Taiwanese people, Vietnamese/Laotian in non trivial numbers. Also tiny little outcrops of Korean folks.

Had it for the first time a couple years back at the original location.  Good stuff, was happy when a chain opened up a few miles from me.

The one in the Costco/Home Depot parking lot? I drive by it all the time but never considered eating there.
