"Bicycle Betsy" was a fucking horrible mayor, which is why she only lasted one term. Instead of actually trying to solve problems, she spent the city's time and money on stupid shit like bike lanes and widening sidewalks and adding benches. So the homeless still don't have any support or anywhere to go, but they have nice benches to take a shit on.
