How am I trolling?  They seriously just banned me for doing nothing wrong on their site.

That's not a punchline or anything, I mean that sincerely.  They've got a hell of a lot more to be upset about than most other groups there just by virtue of it going beyond unpunished microaggressions half the time.  I highly doubt anything would come of it of course assuming people even saw it as a thing in the first place.  As a Jewish guy that just got back from an orthodox wedding, something tells me interesectionality isn't going to be super feasible.  Era staff would probably prioritize other marginalized groups, and why wouldn't they when the Jewish community there is more gone than the Asian one?

So to be clear, I mean outside forums directly targeting posters here (see the post above mine. This thread is being screencapped regularly). You guys have to figure out how to prevent this. Even if that means forum engagement takes a hit.

I'm not sure how much capability you all have, but I suggest limiting public access to threads like BCC. Or banning anyone with IPs/emails/etc connected to sites known to target posters here.

Hell, I'd go as far as going after anyone even closely associated/friends with posters or communities that harbor this behavior, even if that means relatively "decent" posters.

With regards to doxxing from off site, is there any way to hide/scramble usernames for people viewing the site who aren't registered/logged in? It was still allow people to view all the discussion, although it might make it a little confusing to follow quotes and specifically who said what, but I think if they cared enough they could always make an account

Actually the more I think about it, if a user wanted to deactivate their account to end any tracking and start a fresh account, how would they go about that?

Such measures have already been taken in the past indeed, in cases where users were genuinely afraid for their safety, brought it up to us in private, talked about it and then we created a new account for them in order for them to escape harassment and doxxing. This is certainly something we can entertain should the situation be so dire that the safety of the user is severely compromised.

We also are willing to help members out with tips on how to avoid further attention from hate sites on their new account if this is something they're interested in.

I'm the first one to say about half of my long list of bans, I deserved. And I can't say I've been a victim of coordinated attacks, these people seem to leave me alone for the most part, save for the topic in which I pointed this out originally when the site first opened. I'm inclined towards abrasiveness But maybe people are "hostile" because we've been dealing with the same nonsense from day one. And maybe take both that and how many of the people filing reports or loudly complaining have been here since 2017 but have only three or four dozens posts to their name into consideration before coming down?

As I said before, I literally sent the link to the topic wherein they were coordinating against Gordon to y'all back in March 2018 and you did nothing.
