E! brought back The Soup... with a new host? 🤮

(Airs tonight)

Let me get this straight... E! cancelled the soup despite consistent ratings because he wouldn't stop making fun of the Kardashians, Netflix picked it up and renamed the show, and they got salty and brought it back, but without the singular personality that made it so good? Whack :lol

I thought they cancelled in part because Joel wasn't available as much with his other shows. Talk Soup had like five hosts or something before it got rebooted as The Soup and Joel came along.

I kinda drifted off myself around 2013ish, as most stuff was easier to find all over the internet, but I'm still glad it introduced me to some of the greatest human productions ever though:

The worst time for The Soup for me was similar to early Red Eye, when I wanted to share the clips with people and you couldn't fucking find them on YouTube because it was that era before companies realized YouTube was useful to them, so I'd be all like "you gotta watch The Soup rerun there's this My Super Sweet Sixteen clip that's amazing"

Red Eye degraded so hard when they forgot it was on at 3AM and how it needed more politics and political guests simply because Greg was on The Five.

Bill Schultz is back at Fox with some kind of podcast last I knew. TV's Andy Levy is executive producer of SE Cupp's CNN show.

RIP Red Eye

Schultz is now on Anthony Cumia's "free speech network" Compound Media that costs $10 a month so no one is watching his new crap show
