The guy that got arrested (with the dreads) was there with a lawyer and his friend (I think). The reporters were trying to ask them questions about the incident with the devices but the main guy (with the dreads) was deflecting each and every question and saying "Thats not a question about Hairstyles"
He would then converse with his friend about different hairstyles (from the Beatles and 70's hair). The reporters started to ask him why hes not taking the situation seriously and he would answer with something like "I'm seriously concerned about hairstyles at the moment"
I think its probably him responding to media outlets talking about his dreads and calling him a stoner because of it. Just payback
