I'm not sure if he is a genius or a degen gambler at this point

i been putting all my extra money and time into investing in housing. just got a registered valuation on a place so i can enter into an auction. worst house on one of the best streets in the city. definitely have a good shot, but the bank im with just got back to me they don't like the security, now i have to try convince them it is actually a goldmine and i've already paid $1100 to get a valuer to go through the place. bank didn't even look at the report, just photos. one of the rooms is all pink and had a stripper pole and projector setup in it (p sure they camming or just str8 whoring), kitchen had cat food and shit all over the floor. real turn off to most people looking, but builder i had do a report confirmed it's all just aesthetic. could fix it all in a few weeks cashing in my leave at work but the bank peons are so damn stubborn :'(

yeah, i cant believe how poorly presented the open home was, one of the worst ive ever seen. truly great for people like me lookin' for a deal and happy to do some cleaning up though. would want to repaint the place anyway, so i don't give a shit what colour it is. house was covered in some abhorrent carpet too, but i ripped up a little in a corner and it is beautiful native timber underneath. classic 1927 place. people selling must be real goddamn cooked

lol, this is a common issue/question with binance. you have to click send reset email, then solve the puzzle thing then click a not super obvious button to "send reset code" only at that point will you get an email and you enter the code within 60s or it times out. email will be sent instantly.
