It is not a user friendly program and it is a hassle to teach old people how to use it

All virtual meeting services suck in one way or another. We used webex for year but moved on because of intermittent video and audio issues. In come skype for business. Who would have thought the same shit would happen? So then me move to GoToMeeting and it's better but it's more expensive.

Ive been a guest presenter in a GoToMeeting and it is much better for sure

I didnt realize they stuck us with Webex because it's cheaper

Try using Microsoft Teams.  Last client I worked at had a "5 minute teams" rule where everyone was given 5 minutes to be late to every meeting because it was certain teams would crash or not work.

No, but I assist them all the time.  And the 30, 40, and 50-somethings who also struggle.

Never had an issue with Teams either

We use webex as our corp standard, and having used Skype, Teams, Zoom, GoToMeeting, Jeans and several others I think webex is the bee's knees comparably.

We use Zoom.

We use webex in house, my biggest client uses Zoom. Impartial to both, anything is better than Skype and Google Hangouts that we used at my last job.

Skype is the worst. It’s just really unintuitive... can it even actually display a PowerPoint in full screen?

Zoom works best in my experience.

Anything beyond 2 microphones is too much for skype.

My team uses Teams for internal meetings, Zoom with our client. Never had too many issues tbh.
