Just wondering what everyone is doing with the pandemic going down. I’m thinking about doing a drive by.

Sent my Mom a blood-oxygen monitor to better help her track her health.

We're all supposed to be doing a zoom call tomorrow.

Saw my mom today, though- we ordered flowers for her on Monday, which were supposed to have been delivered yesterday. First I get an email saying they either forgot or didn't have the vase for them. Then I check this morning and they never arrived. Instead it says they're sitting in a UPS depot for delivery next Friday.

Tried to cancel the order and the site wouldn't allow for it. So started the payment dispute process, went and bought some flowers locally, and went by my parents' house to bring them and go walk around their neighborhood with the dog. Only my mom made plans to play mahjong online with her friends, so she didn't come.

Nope, my parents live in another part of the country so I should go there to stay for the night and I'm not planning on doing that for a long time, I'm not trying to kill them. Also I'm not sitting in a filthy bus for hours to get there.

I sent my mom a present in advance and today I'll call her. Maybe I'll go visit sometime in the summer and just camp out in their yard

Visited. Full space man protocol. Take clothes off throw in garbage bag, showered, put on prison clothes and spent the day. Left this morning and took my garbage bag with.
