EA had such a non show they really had to say "We're doing Skate 4" to save it.... A game that is literally an idea at the moment.

What worries me about skate 4 is most likely non of the original team are left there, so it's gonna end up taking ages to get right, they'll say that'll do and it'll come out a terrible mess.

Star Wars game could be good, but no way am I pre-ordering that, absolutely waiting for reviews.

Holy shit Greg Miller is insufferable.
How does someone that annoying get a job as a host?

Do people think he's funny? Charming? Endearing?

He's an annoying cunt

Old ass marketing guys in suits smoking cigars, "What do the kids like? Yeah that greg guy, he seems a real hoot, he'll say he loves anything for some cash, lets get him!"

I was hoping fallen order would end up on EA access  :goty
Wasn't it on it from launch? Or was it only premium?

I check every now and again and haven’t seen it yet, I just have the basic subscription I guess

How much is going to be different in the controls or gameplay or is it more of an update?
It’s going to feel like a Skate game, is what I can say. It’s not going to be something different. If you know and love and play Skate it’s going to feel familiar. And then where it expands from there, that’ll be interesting.

Any more info about the game that you tell us that we might have skipped over?
It’s early, and we keep saying it’s early, but we have stuff to build off of. We want to make the right game. We need to take the right amount of time to do it. We’ll say it’s the people who brought you the first three games and care about it just as much as you do. We’re going to make the best decisions that we can possibly make to make the experience what we think it should be. We’re going to try to give it to you as soon as we possibly can. We don’t want to rush and blow it. We don’t want it to misrepresent what we built before and what skateboarding is now.

We’re stoked that they’ve been passionate for so long and they’re going to have to wait a little bit longer, but we want them to know that we’re a thing and that it is coming.
Seems to be more or less the same people, picking up from where they left off.
I'm more worried about EA changing wind again, and canning it, than its quality.

I have ea access on Xbox and instead of buying anthem for 15 bucks to give it a shot I subbed for a year and played andromeda and dragon age inquisition as well.  Hopefully fallen order will be on there by the time my sub expires in October and I’ll consider it 30$ well spent

HOW IN THE FUCK DONT YOU RELEASE MASS EFFECT TRILOGY REMASTERED.

Millions of people bought these fucking games, 4k 60 FPS with all DLC, that's it. Sell the trilogy for $60 and it'll fucking sell.

You'd think Mass Effect was printed on 300,000 SNES carts or sum shit, Jesus Christ.
Rumor is it's still coming this year.

Also worth noting that ME1, a 360 exclusive at the time, still isn't available on EA access for PS4. I imagine they would have just dumped it on the service if they didn't care at all but I can see that being a selling point for a remaster "For the first time on Playstation!..."

If they do some combat tweaks to ME1 and bring back ME3s multiplayer, I'd totally buy it at full price.

No mobile games announced? Looks like EA is giving up on ruining more franchises in the mobile space.

my big beef with the skate games is that there isn't really any one of them that is cleanly The Best One. skate 3 for instance has the broadest moveset which is nice, but was built around being able to play the whole game in online multiplayer and it released without a proper offline multiplayer which was big part of how I played skate 1&2. When they eventually put offline multiplayer in it was kinda half-ass.

The series in general has also had issues with the goals in single player being very whatever. Like all the photo challenges where it doesn't matter how the photos come out, or the video stuff which is hard to even do in a way where it looks good, etc

If they can make a game that combines all the good stuff of the previous games, I'm happy. (Ideally they'd make the single player challenges worthwhile too, but let's be a little reasonable here.)

Personally I liked Skate 2 the best, but it's graphics were a little funkier than 1 for some reason. I dunno 1 had a lot of heart in it

Same people that let a Bond villain host their E3 show every other year.

Being able to walk was just a needed WoL improvement to just get to skating spots easier, but it did have a weird orange filter, and the character models looked less realistic, IIRC.
3 had hardcore mode tho.  :lawd
Also separate (but large) areas > single open world.
