The negotiations for the division of California into northern and southern states due to irreconcilable differences has progressed considerably and these are the preliminary results.

We are now requesting input from the public.

California division is a plot to weaken our power. What we really need to do is annex the rest of the Pacific Coast. Nevada and Arizona will be vassal states. Residents there can earn their citizenship by fighting in one of the wars on Florida and Texas.

I've come around to breaking up the state, but I think it should be larger, like 13 individual states and call it the Cal-federecy.

one of my niche political positions is that if for whatever reason there's some Western North American regional nationalist project that succeeds somehow, it should include the entirety of the western states/provinces from at least BC through Cali. bioregionalism is a petty-boug deviation
