For example, Field of Reeds starts with "This Guy's In Love With You" and moves in to Fragment Two and it's fucking awesome.





Still such an underrated band.

On PE's 'Fear of a Black Planet', it starts with 'Contract on the World Love Jam' which is dreamy guitar riff that then breaks down into spoken word clips. Then it launches into the funky 'Brother's Gonna Work it Out'. The transition is fucking electric. You have to play it loud though.

I think it really illustrates how sonically great the group was and why they are one of the pioneers of moving the genre forward.
