I am honestly confused. He didn't seem this so....distinguished mentally-challenged on gaf and seemed kind of normal.

It seems like he is going out of his way to appear annoying and stupid here.

This is what bums me out about this forum. Exactly. The list is imperfect because people forget how awful certain posters were. That was the case with FoC. I forgot how awful he was and forgot to add him to my list. Thus he got let in and nobody can do anything about it.
