The DF guys got high on their own supply.
It was nice to get a general sense of if a game runs well and if the console version holds up but their content has gotten worse.

First, they have a new guy which is basically a LARP of Linneman with a more monotone voice who takes 30 minutes to talk about the graphic fidelity of 720p Switch games.
The main cast does these 1+ hour 'Directs' where they just rehash what you've already seen in their previous videos. It's basically always the same 3 topics.

Also they get a lot of things wrong about game development so their game development commentary is kinda useless.
Finally in the earlier days it wasn't just the graphics that they focused on but all also some UI, sound and gameplay stuff.
Now they spend 10 minutes being autisty over the resolution of some reflections.

I dunno, there's plenty of good long form content on YouTube.
The Time Ghost World War 2 series of example. Each episode describes the events of a week in WW2 in 15 - 20 minutes or so depending on what happened.
There's also some decent podcasts that can take 30 - 50 minutes.

However, what I don't get is the 3 hour movie and video game review videos that pop-up from time to time. If you spend that much time watching the review you might as well play the game or watch the movie
