I don't think it'd go any better the second time.

The closest chance was probably the Wii U era. I suppose with every generational changeover or two, there's a risk things could go off the rails, but it seems like Nintendo's actively guarding against that.

It’s going to happen regardless. Like this is the endgame and MS haas the money, vision, and know how to make it happen. So what’s the point of caring about it? Might as well get something positive out of it. At least I’ll get a Breath of the Wild that dosent run like shit with the resolution of a Vita game.
