We’re back boys!  12 team postseason with a 3 game wild card series, Universal DH and elimination of the extra inning free runner and 7 inning double headers.  Looks like it’ll still be a 162 game season as well.

Yea that’s not great, advanced stats kinda show the Mets getting lucky on some hits too.  Still the team gives off a very different vibe from previous years.

Mets score 7 runs on 8 hits in just 29 pitches to come back from a 6 run deficit in the 9th on the road.  Just another night in Mets Land 2022.

I had the same reaction to what happened in the 9th inning. That’s karma for making fun of the Phillies I guess.
