I'm really tired. Anyone else here really, REALLY tired?

been less and less tired since I started finishing my gym days with a 1.6 mile run. ran uphill sprints and then stairs on wednesday, it was not difficult at all

Yeah, I've gone for a run four times this week, and each time it becomes easier and I feel better for having gone outside and moved. It's amazing: turns out we're just animals, and animals need to move.

for a while I was getting reoccurring dreams where I'd be running on all fours because I could move faster and with more power that way in the dream world

I do feel really tired.  Had to do a doctor thing and couldn't eat or drink all day until the appointment was over- naturally it was scheduled for 1pm instead of right in the morning.   


Not eating is fine, but not being able to have some water or caffeine sucked.  I immediately went for food at the first place I saw.  Holy shit, it was TACO BELL!


But the line was too long and not moving, so I had to settle for Arby's.   :'(
