I dont know how to get the game to run smoothly at all. I copied the august build over the october build like it said in the readme, then installed the megapatch and that renderer patch, and it fixed some of the scripting but it runs like absolute dogshit

Went back and looked up the PC Gamer cover feature I wrote back in 1999, lol. I had 3 screenshots total.

I'm not going to lie - I adored Duke 3D, played it solid for a year when it was released and I actually got my money's worth out of DNF (once I fixed the DOF).

2012? DNF was entertaining but most importantly, it felt like a Duke Nukem game. I'd pay Sony PS5 RRPs for a modern day Nukem.
