I don't mean for this to sound glib or ignorant of the pressure you're under, but that's a strong reason for why you need to find some time for yourself; you're going to be a better help to your people if you can get back into a good headspace.  Even if you can't find a way to get yourself a day off, maybe something as simple as getting yourself a halfday, or even a long ass lunch to get the fuck away from work shit.  Just my own two cents, I know that's far easier said than done sometimes.
