The Shadow Hearts games, specifically Covenant (haven't played the third one very much yet) for their over-the-top ridiculousness and hilarious characters. Surprised demi isn't in this thread pimping SH and chastizing everyone who said Psychonauts (which I've admittedly only played a little bit of). Yeah the Lucasarts adventure games, and Willy Beamish too, were pretty funny games from what I remember.
