The case was dismissed for today. Apparently there was a mix up in key information (street names and shit). Now, it seems that the driver that hit me ran a red light as well and he was a Pilot at the airport I had just happened to leave.

It was one of those open court sessions where there's like 2039280 people doing their cases all at once. Took fucking forever.
