Last night I sent an email to my staff and my managers reporting an issue.  Well this morning I was out of the office and didn't have access to my emails.  I got back to the office and checked my emails and what do I see?

My boss sent out an email this morning assigning a project to me to fix this issue.  About 2 hours later, an email is sent out from another Supervisor that says "I went ahead and did the project."
