The U.S. Energy Policy Act of 2005, passed by the U.S. Congress July, 2005, extended Daylight Saving Time (DST) in the U.S. by approximately four weeks. As a result, beginning in 2007, DST will start three weeks earlier on March 11, 2007, and end one week later on November 4, 2007, resulting in a new DST period that is four weeks longer than previously observed.
It's good to see the U.S. Energy Policy Act is focusing on important things and y'know, not like Global Warming.

Sadly no matter what we do at this point, we will be facing at least 100 years of Global Warming consequences. Of course this doesnt mean we shouldnt do anything, it just means that if we do change the way we live to stem the tide of Global Warming we will ensure that we dont have to suffer 200-300 years of consequences
I don't have day light savings time, so all it does for me is mess up my tv times
The US has been out of sync with itself for some time. Arizona doesn't observe DST.
