Do people put pepper on fruit parfaits???

Everytime there is a meeting at work and parfaits are delivered, it always comes with a packet of pepper.  But I've never seen anyone use the pepper.  WTF?  What a waste of pepper.

I was gonna make a thread about this!

I get a salad every Tuesday for free. It comes with this huge ass salad, lots of little range dip, and SALT AND PEPPER packets. WTF? Who puts SALT on their SALAD?

Salt and Pepper are put on Salads. I use to do it fro Tomatoes but I just eat it straight up.

Now Parfaits, yeah thats weird

SALT IN SALAD? UGH

Salting your tomatoes as a side dish for a sandwich or something is fine (FRIED GREEN TOMATOES, not the movie :hyper)

But putting salt in a salad? Ugh.

Don't you watch the Food Network PD? All the cooks be putting crack black pepper and a pinch of salts in their salads.

a hint of fresh ground black pepper on strawberries is nice, but not on parfaits.
