I have to admit, I've never played Euro Extreme. I settle for regular Extreme. To this day, my favorite Extreme boss battle has been Vulcan Raven. I really think that's how he was meant to be fought. "That's right, you belong on the ground. You belong on the ground like the snake you are!" Chit, imagine being chased by someone that large. Fatman and The Fury's battles were good successors (the fury's coming in a close second), but nothing beats the heavy stomps and breaths of a dude that eats whale blubber for fun.

I totally agree and I think it goes farther than that. your not playing any metal gear bosses for real until at least hard. thats when they start to feel right. I've never thought of fatman and furry being fallow ups but your right, kind of blow my mind just there.

Fat man was where I stopped with European extreme he is just impossible. I really wish I had the time to go though mgs 3 a few more times ,sigh.

The way I beat him was to follow his ass getting a few pot shots until he gets knocked down, then getting a headshot as he's getting back up. And then getting him when he's planting more bombs.
