TOYS is still not that bad...however...

The whole scene where Robin Williams character hits on Robin Wright Penn's character is just...I mean I hate his pg-13 comedy to begin with, but its even worse when its used in the context of a pick-up line. The other weird thing was the whole thing at the credits where they obviously use a helicopter to pick up the elephant monument then make it zoom around the area...I mean like I cant see the big fat cable.

On the plus side the movie had a lot of great moments and the bizzare nature of the battle at the end really tops it all off. Well worth the 10 bux it cost to get a copy of it!

I love that movie, but I also loved Death to Smoochy for some reason. Dark comedy is awesome.

I never understood the hate for Death to Smoochie. It's really heavy-handed, yeah, but for some reason it works for me.

Death to Smoochy I enjoy, but when I watched it (like 2 years ago) I clearly knew I was enjoying a pretty shitty movie.  It happens to the best of us.

The movie had an anti-videogame message. "OH NOES, kids are playing with violent videogames instead of our crappy old wind-up toys, and turning into crazed killers! Won't somebody think of the children???"  :gun

I saw Death to Smoochy. This crazy stalker kid who was trying to date me at one point took me to it. I spent most of the movie squirming in my seat and trying to keep him away from me. :(
