Fuck The Flamingo in Vegas. After my first night in vegas, I am strolling back to my shitty hotel and looking for a nightcap. The Flamingo happens to be along the way, so we stop in. The bartender asks what to get, and I tell him a Mai Tai. He pauses, does the soundless word thing, then says sure. He quickly runs over to the old bar maid and asks her questions. He obviously doesn't know what he's doing, but I figure they have to at least have dummy mai tai mix for dips like him. MASTER SHAKE LOVES FURRY. I was wrong. I get my drink after he's shot god knows what into it and discover the thing is about 85% amarretto. It wasn't citrusy, it was Amerretto, rum and a lime. I stupidly enough still drank the liquid mockery and regretted it for the rest of the trip. Everything tasted like amarretto to me for a good 24 hours. So the Flamingo sucks. The End.
