My wife was supposed to have class but that got cancelled because of the snow so we ate chicken parm pizza, drank bacardi & cola and watched anime.  I got her a dozen pink roses, some chocolate covered strawberries and a card.  It was a nice evening because we originally weren't gonna be able to see each other much.
