A LOT of even morrowind is just people wandering around doing stupid stuff. GTA, Saints Row, Dead Rising have that same sort of sandbox appeal, but after 30 hours the story is honestly all thats left for most people. If you arent having fun at this point id trade it in while it still has value.

I'm wondering if I should buy it since I only rented it and I brought the difficulty all the way down.  It might be worth it with other characters.

oh you rented it. Well the way it works in oblivion which is a crazy flaw imo, is as you level up, EVERYONE levels up. At some point dirty poor citizens will charge at you with high level armor. Its really a bizzare balance decision.

If youre still having fun id get it, but you pretty much make the entertainment past 30 if you arent doing the story. There's a lot of crap you can buy with points for oblivion I guess

Such a bad decision.  I can't believe Bethesda doesn't get that the reason people play RPGs is so they could get ludicrously powerful and kill everything easy.  Oblivion makes that impossible.

PS This board system SUCKS ASS.  It is now 2:49.  I'll modify this whenever this actually posts.

EDIT:  2:54.  GO BOARD!!!

I need to learn to SAVE, teach me your ways!

the fuck if I know. I blow 800 a month of random shit. If the chicks aren't askin for money, I'm buying shit off ebay.

I guess the best way to "save" is to take all your money out the bank and hide it somewhere. That way if you try to use your debit card, it'll get declined.

Debit cards are helpful. I also rarely carry money on me. If I plan on going to get gas for instance, I'll go to the bank and get $20 out just for gas. If I'm going to Borders to get a CD, I take out $20 for just the CD. Etc etc. That way I'm not left in a store with lots of unused money in my pockets.

Because I own a business and somehow got on their mailing list, Staples keeps sending me these "25$ off any purchase of $25 or more" cards.   Once every three months or so.  I guess they want me to sign up for their business credit line or something, I dunno, I always just throw away the envelope without reading anything and pocket the card.  Today I used my free $25 towards a spindle of Dual-Layer DVDs.
