I just cooked some rice, steamed vegetables and two hardboiled eggs on top.
That's actually a nice, healthy meal. Also it's pretty inexpensive
Some time this month I'll go grocery shopping for the first time in my life lol; I've done it for my parents many times, but never for myself. I plan on getting some eggs and other basic things I can use to make nice healthy meals - frozen veggies, potatoes, rice, salad, cheese, sausages, boneless chicken breasts, etc. But of course I'm also going to get stuff I can simply stick in the oven and eat lolz - like pizzas and shit.
Boneless chicken breasts are very good for your diet. Depending on what brand you buy you can get them with most of the fat taken off - and you can remove any remaining fat quite easily.
