I'm goning to really start getting into it again this week when I have some free time after work - need some extra cardio lately with all the eggs I've been eating $:-\$

I would highly suggest being careful if you're doing a lot of cardio and eating 10 eggs a day. There's a very high chance that you'll throw up.

I swam competitively for six years and I loved it. There's no better workout, either. Swimming works every muscle in your body. Male swimmers have the hottest bodies, too!

i do enjoy swiming. i mean that is what whales do right? When i was younger i competed in regional and state swiming Competitions i placed 3rd in juniors 7-9 years old back when i was young. now i swim like a sealion but its still fun.
