web gurus, help please

Okay, I've been experiencing this problem since I changed nameservers.

At home, I can view my webspage http://www.mupepe.com and everything is fine.  At work, I can't view anything related to the site unless it's my ip address/cpanel.   if i just put my ip address, i get taken to an error page.

I contacted yahoo, who I bought my domain from.  their advice was "i can see it!  clear your cache or contact your host."

my hosts advice was "that's a domain issue!  contact yahoo!"

so what the hell?

But I can't even view the website.  the only way I can actually see what I'm doing with the site is by using the html editor in cpanel.

does it usually take this long to propagate?  that was yahoo's first excuse, but it's been more than 72 hours.
