is it when you ask her out and she says yes is that when shes considored your girlfriend or do you have to on a bunch and after a while she becomes it fill me in here guys

There's a difference between "seeing" someone and "going out" with them.

One is a feeling out stage, and one is a more serious, committed stage.

Obviously, asking a girl out doesnt just all of a sudden make her exclusively committed to you instantly.

yup yup.  One is casually dating while the other is actually dating.  one is committed and one is not.
