you bitches are moaning about DIALOGUE, not ACTING. Any dialogue that comes from an Annie Proulx novel, even second-hand, is gonna make your gut spasm. BBM had good blocking, delivery, articulation, and body language -- sure, Crash's two-dimensional acting may have suited its 2D vignette characters, but don't confuse the delivery of Haggis-penned bombast with good acting anymore than you might confuse Proulx' miserable lines with the bad variety.
