I have wondered lately...

Do you consider someone with a can of pressurized air spraying the can upside down on a restrained person a plausible form of torture?

Its very cold.

I actually had an employee in my department back in the Staples days that would run around spraying the coolant shit on peoples arms.

Not a lot, but just enough to get some curses in return.

The can says it can cause frostbite and I believe it. Also it says I shouldnt inhale because inhalation kills. Wise words.

I think in a large dose an untreated it can cause frostbite, but thats in the extreme. We did have to card people for canned air at staples tho.
