If I sneeze I make sure to lower my head towards the ground first instead of spreading my stuff into the air.

I'd much rather sneeze into the crook of my arm or into my knees (bend straight over, yes like you're gonna take it up the butt) or my shirt than into my hands, because I do things with my hands. You know what I mean. It seems more sanitary that way.
